Cheshvan

Neta revai is the commandment regarding the fruit of a tree in its fourth year. After the three years of orlah, the fruit of the fourth year is called 'holy of praises' and must be eaten in Jerusalem by its owners, or redeemed for money which is then used to buy food in Jerusalem. This mitzvah connects the farmer in the field with the joy of the Temple. The fruit that was forbidden for three years becomes, in the fourth year, a source of holiness and joy in Jerusalem. From the fifth year onward, the fruit is permitted for ordinary use, and the tree enters its cycle of regular production.
